Alexey - a big dimensions specialist, an elder and a pro of our service center, a guru of the 8th sense on frame behind a very significant work process on the repair of the spindle. This is EMAG again and this is our third in a row.
Weight - 2 tons;
Power - 55 kW;
Spindle speed - 2500 rpm;
Bearings with an inner diameter of 200 mm and a hydrostatic tailstock support.
The price of the new one is 18 million rubles. Numbers above aren’t small either.
In this project, we have adjusted spindle and hydrostatic anvil. The whole work took 3 days, after which we carried out the supervision of the spindle installation.
Problem
Correct assembly of the spindle into the headstock, after incorrect assembly by the customer.
